📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you so much for shopping with Little Bluebird Smocks! Please read below to understand how our shipping process works.
💙 PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
All pre-orders are shipped to us first, not directly to you.
The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) listed is when we expect to receive the items in our office, not the date they will ship to you.
Once your item arrives to us, please allow 5–7 business days for us to ship it out to you.
➡️ Please note: All ETAs are provided to us by our manufacturers and are only estimates.
Unforeseen delays can and do occur, including shipping holds, customs issues, or production interruptions beyond our control.
We always keep our customers updated via our Facebook VIP group and by email when possible.
🚚 READY TO SHIP (RTS) ITEMS
RTS items usually ship within 5–7 business days.
If your order contains both RTS and pre-order items, we will wait to ship everything together once all items are in stock.
If you’d like your RTS items shipped separately, please place separate orders or email us at littlebluebirdsmocks@gmail.com to request separate shipping (an extra shipping fee may apply).
📬 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after it’s been scanned by the carrier.
❗ LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or losses.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact your local post office directly
• Allow 3–5 business days, as packages sometimes show up late
We’re always happy to help guide you through the claim process if needed!
🛡️ SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping protection is automatically added to every order at checkout.
If you remove it and something happens during transit, we will not be able to replace or refund your package.
⏰ EMAIL HOURS
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Please allow up to 2 business days for a response — especially during busy seasons or large launches.
We do not monitor email on weekends or holidays, but we will get back to you as soon as we can once we’re back in the office.
