Refund Policy


All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes ready-to-ship items, pre-orders, and custom/personalized items, unless a verified manufacturer defect is found.


Manufacturer Defects

To request a review for a defect on full-price items, email littlebluebirdsmocks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (messages via social media will not be considered). Your email must include:


  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Order number and full name
  • Brief description of the issue



Item must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be issued, and the defective item must be mailed back within 5 business days.


Please note:


  • Handmade items may have slight variations or minor imperfections that are not considered defects.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.



Pre-Orders


  • All pre-orders are FINAL SALE and non-refundable, including if arrival is past the ETA.
  • ETA is based on when our manufacturer ships to us, not customer delivery date.
  • Once received, allow 1–2 weeks for inventory checks, packaging, and shipping to customers.
  • Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., manufacturing, customs, transit). No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • If ordering for a specific event, please have a backup option.


Color Care Notice:

For all brightly colored smocks — especially red — we strongly recommend using Color Catchers during the wash. These garments may naturally bleed due to the dye process. Little Bluebird Smocks is not responsible for any color transfer or bleeding that occurs. By purchasing, you acknowledge this recommendation and agree to follow proper garment-care instructions.


Pre-Order Exchange Policy

Because pre-orders are custom-made, size exchanges cannot be accommodated after production begins. Options for needing a different size:


  1. Extras Drop – After all pre-orders ship, limited extra inventory may be available.
  2. Buy/Sell/Trade Group – List your item or search for the size you need in our BST community.



We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
